- Do I need any prior AI experience?
- Not at all. Lessons are bespoke and start exactly where you are — whether that is your first ChatGPT prompt or building a workflow for your business.
- How are lessons delivered?
- Lessons are 50 minutes, one-to-one, over Zoom. You'll get a calendar invite with the link after booking.
- What does a lesson cover?
- Whatever is most useful to you. Common topics include using ChatGPT well, applying AI to your role, automating routine tasks, and thinking through AI for your business.
- How long do I have to use a 5-lesson block?
- Blocks are valid for 12 months from purchase. They are non-transferable.
- Can I reschedule?
- Yes — please give at least 12 hours notice. Rescheduling inside 12 hours is at the tutor's discretion.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are handled case-by-case. Get in touch and we'll find a fair outcome.
