Terms

Service. Lessons are educational tutoring sessions delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed. Each lesson is 50 minutes.

Lesson blocks. 5-lesson blocks are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Blocks are non-transferable.

Rescheduling. Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours notice. Rescheduling within 12 hours is at the tutor's discretion.

Refunds. Refunds are handled case-by-case. Please get in touch if you have an issue and we'll work towards a fair outcome.
